You are receiving our product on a FREE TRIAL basis. Your satisfaction is completely guaranteed. You will have 15 days to evaluate our product from the time your order is shipped. All orders are shipped within 1 business day of receipt of purchase. A tracking number will be provided to you when your order is shipped. You will only be billed $6.95 for shipping and handling charges for your order when it ships. If you are satisfied and wish to keep our products, your credit card will be charged $78.36, fifteen (15) days after your order is shipped for your first month's supply! 30 days from the time of your initial purchase, unless cancelled or returned, you will be charged $78.36 plus $6.95 for the cost of shipping, at a total of $85.32 for a reocurring monthly refill plan. NOTE: As per our terms, we are not responsible for any customs fees you may encounter for international shipping. Typically international customers are allowed to import up to (3) months worth of herbal supplements. We take all appropriate measures to ensure that no extra duties or taxes are added to your shipment, but in the event that customs agencies require a payment to pick up your shipment, we are not liable for these additional charges.

GX Float Corp Ltd. reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify, suspend or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Website (or any part thereof) and/or Products offered therein, with or without notice to you. You acknowledge and agree that GX Float Corp Ltd. shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Website or the Products offered therein.

Billing

In consideration for the Products you purchase through the Website, you agree to pay the fees we charge for such Products plus any and all applicable shipping and handling charges (the “Fees”). You will have the choice to pay the Fees by credit card or debit card.

Taxes Additional

Fees charged for Products do not include and are net of any foreign or domestic governmental taxes or charges of any kind (collectively the “Taxes”) that may be applicable to the sale, marketing or distribution of the Products.  Taxes will be added to the Fees we charge where and when applicable.

Shipping

Our standard ground shipping takes between seven (7) and ten (10) business days within North America from the time of Product purchase.  Generally, international shipments take between ten (10) and fourteen (14) business days, customs clearance permitting.  If you have not received your Product order within the above mentioned timeframe or have received the wrong Product, please Contact Us so that our product fulfillment department can correct such error.  If you entered the wrong address on our order form (the “Order Form”) and we, for this reason, must reship your package, there will be an additional shipping and handling charge payable by you which will be equal to the shipping and handling fee charged on your original order.  GX Float Corp Ltd. will not be responsible for any delays in Product shipment delivery arising for any reason whatsoever.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless GX Float Corp Ltd., its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, employees, partners, suppliers and any third parties from any loss, liability, claim, demand, action or damage, including reasonable lawyers’ fees, arising out of or related to (a) your use of the Website or Products, (b) any Product, Content, information or material you purchase or receive on or through the Website, (c) your breach or violation of these Terms of Use, and (d) your violation of any intellectual property or other third party rights or any applicable law in connection with your use of the Website.

The Terms of Use and the resolution of any dispute related to the Terms of Use or the Website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. You shall bring any legal action or proceeding against GX Float Corp Ltd. related to the Website or Products and these Terms of Use exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction sitting in the United Kingdom, and you agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.
