Fake Blog and False News Article Notification

We believe in the fair and honest promotion of our goods and services by our affiliate marketers. If you believe that any of our affiliates are operating a fake blog, have circulated a false news article or have participated in other fraudulent behaviour in connection with the promotion of our products and services, please notify us immediately. In order to provide us with proper notification, you will need to send a written document to us with the following information:

  • Please include a statement telling us that you have found a fake blog or news article that you believe is providing false information, or that is infringing upon third party rights.
  • Please tell us the title of the blog in question and the full Uniform Resource Locator (“URL”) associated with the blog, or the URL of the website where the article in question is located, as applicable.
  • Please explain to us how the blog or article in question is fake or is infringing upon third party rights (e.g. the images used are stolen; the person on the website is you, etc.)
  • Please provide us with your contact information so that we can get in touch with you (email address is preferred).
  • Please include the following statement: "I have a good faith belief that the blog or article described above is providing deceptive information and is not otherwise permitted by law to provide all of the information and material contained therein."
  • Sign the notice. If you are providing notice by e-mail, a scanned physical signature or a valid electronic signature will be required.

Once the blog or article is confirmed to be either fraudulent or infringing upon third party rights, we will demand that the
affiliate in question remove same within forty-eight (48) hours.
